The company has four main divisions Electrical, Mechanical, Fibre Optics Installation and Service & Maintenance and an operating turnover in excess of £3million. For any of our facilities mentioned above, we offer a complete in house service of computer aided design, management, installation and commissioning. The maintenance division offers an individual schedule designed to complement your own specific needs and time constraints. We are committed to the service and maintenance of all the equipment we install and consider this to be a vital aspect of our Customer Service programme.
Our fully qualified Project Engineers will carry out a complete site survey with regard to the installation of building engineering services, based on the procedures detailed within our BS/EN/ISO9001:2000 systems. The company is approved by Airedale, Daikin and Mitsubishi for the installation of the systems and all installation work throughout the UK is monitored, inspected and processed through a Quality Check System which is implemented throughout the programme of works.
OAC are members of the FIA (Fibre Optic Association) and all the work carried out is in accordance with their recommendations. OAC install copper based CAT 5 and CAT 6 structured cabling and fibre optic systems ensuring that every package has a flexible layout with outlets for future modifications and system expansion
OAC has accreditation to ISO9001:2000 and is registered with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installations (NICEIC). All engineers are fully qualified and registered with the CITB and RIB for the safe handling of refrigerant gases which ensure the environmentally safe recovery and transportation of fluorocarbon refrigerant gas.
The company is registered under the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989 for the removal and transportation of waste materials.

We have carried out projects in recent years varying in value from £2,000.00 to £1.75 million, which was a multi service project involving chillers, fan coils, boilers and all associated pipework and ductwork installation for an eight storey building in London.
We have carried out many VRV and VRF installations throughout London and the South of England, involving cooling only, heat pumps and heat recovery systems.
